She had rhinoplasty surgery by another physician years ago which resulted in an "operated appearance" in her tip. She requested improvement in the appearance of visible asymmetrical tip cartilage. You can see a natural-looking result after one treatment. This procedure was performed with topical anesthetic, and there is no downtime.
