He was concerned by the width of his nose and his profile hump, and he requested a more masculine appearance of his chin. During Revision Rhinoplasty, tip narrowing and rotation was performed. His tip was narrowed, and his low profile hump was removed. A medium, extended anatomical chin implant was placed to strengthen his chin. You can see a natural-looking, handsome appearance.
