My patient from Edison, NJ had previous rhinoplasty surgery by another surgeon in 1998. The irregularity of his tip was due to a displaced tip graft that was removed and reused as a columella-strut. You can see a natural improvement, and a more pleasing appearance 6 weeks after his surgery.
