I had an accident when I was 7 which caused my nose to become crooked and completely blocked the airflow through my left nostril. At 21 I wanted my nose to look straight and underwent a nose silicon implant in Thailand. My nose looked good for a couple of years but then stopped looking natural as the tip became very thin. I decided to have a second surgery to remove the silicon. As the years progressed my nose tip dropped and got wider. It became more crooked and had a noticeable hump. I was never happy when i looked at my reflection in the mirror. Last year I decided to rectify my nose for once and for all and searched for many months for the right surgeon. I visited 4 other doctors in my area but none listened to what I wanted to accomplish. Most of these did not want to consider my complex revision surgery. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Joseph a full 2 hour drive from my home, but worth every second I spent traveling to him. The Dr. listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted to achieve. He made wonderful recommendations to me, put me at ease that he was the right Dr. for my case and never over promised. I also requested the Dr. to consider me for a chin augmentation to broaden my chin and make it less pointed. I had my surgery 2 months ago and am ecstatic with the results. My nose is narrow, perfectly straight, with a lifted tip and I can breath properly for the first time in 25 years. The Dr. achieved everything I hoped for and more. I could not recommend him highly enough, no matter how far away you live, make the trip. It is worth your time and money. Dr Joseph is a surgical virtuoso. Since I was little I had always been conscience of my nose. I have an identical twin sister who means the world to me. We are attached by the hip, and never apart, and as much as we are alike I was always picky about the fact that my nose was slightly larger then hers. I never thought of myself as unattractive until I would compare my sister and I constantly and the differences in our noses always seemed to bother me. However, the me I saw in the mirror I never had an issue with. It was the me in the pictures I was very judgmental about. I always considered rhinoplasty but I was of course nervous of the final result. I knew what I wanted but I wasn't sure if the result I wanted would be the one I would receive. Not to mention my sister was totally against the idea of course in fear the surgery would go wrong. Also being twins, we wouldn't want to look completely different from one another. But after years of considering I finally decided against my sisters wishes and to go for the surgery. And I am sad to admit I should have listened to my sister because it was most definitely the biggest regret in my life. The doctor that I had turned to who seemed to have all the media attention, experience, and overall "hype" of a "perfect surgeon" in no way gave me the "perfect" result I was looking for. Not to mention he charged a ridiculous amount for the surgery. He was by far the most expensive surgeon compared to the other surgeons I considered. So not only was I left with a huge hole in my pocket, more importantly my naturally long straight profile, was now curved and overshortned. The tip projecting way more then it needed to be. My nose tip incredibly pinched, and nose bridge shaved down extremely thin, not to mention an indent on the left side of the bridge. And lastly my nostrils were no longer leveled. Just writing this alone brings me to tears just thinking about the result that was a total nightmare. But I have to admit. Though I was very displeased with the results of my surgery I in no way ended up looking "deformed" or "worked on" in anyway. Thank God lucky for me I didn't, and for that I will always be grateful. Thankfully I was still pretty, but the thing that displeased me was that the result was not what I was looking for and what I specifically wanted! It was as though I told the doctor what I had wanted done. And he decided to do what he thought would be suitable for my face instead. And to make matters worse once I told my surgeon my dislikes and concerns it was as if he did not even care. Or show any interest in helping me find a solution to help better my concerns. He might as well have said "What's done is done. I have your money. Get out of here." But like most people who consider surgery I made the decision to undergo it in hopes to make me feel better about myself. In hopes for a "upgrade". Instead naturally I felt even more insecure then I ever was before.. I had went down instead of up and had fell in dark spot for a long while.. because even though the surgery still kept me pretty. I felt it took away from my natural prettiness. Luckily I had my sister's never ending support and love to help me through that rough time. And she never once put me down regarding my stupid decision that I still regret til this day. She always told me things will get better. So I didn't give up hope. I began to look for an option to help me try and get my nose back to what it was. Now, basically terrified of even thinking or considering of under going a revision surgery...that is when I came across Dr. Eric Joseph's website and learned about a non surgical nose job through Silikon1000 fillers. I browsed through the gallery seeing numerous of patients who had surgery deficiencies just like myself! And ended up with such a fine natural result without even going under the knife! It was like a prayer being answered. After discussing my options with my sister we both decided to give it a try, so I went ahead and made my appointment to visit Dr. Joseph. This time even more then before I had come well prepared, with images of myself before surgery so that Dr. Joseph may take a look at the ideal example, that was the "old" me to see the result I was looking for. Meeting with Dr. Joseph was the best decision I could have ever made. Since the minute I was in his office he was totally and absolutely devoted to getting my nose back to what I desired it to be. And what I had missed so much about it. I explained my story, I showed him my pictures, as my sister and I cried while continuing to explain the reasons why I considered the surgery in the first place, to the result, and why I was there to see him now. It was then I felt he was more then just a Doctor to me. But a friend, because he genuinely cares for his patients! And their feelings and he longs to help get the results they want! He helped me feel more then comfortable with his confidence, and assurance that things will be okay. Even agreeing to my request of taking each procedure slowly. Injecting a small amount of Silikon each treatment to help prevent me from the worry of over filling. Needless to say I went through with the procedure to fix my deficiencies and I am more then happy to admit with each treatment it just keeps getting better!! My profile is no longer as curved, my nostrils are now leveled, my indents are slowly getting filled and my nose is slowly building up it's width and is looking thicker like it originally was before. Other then the pinched, skinny, thin nose, that I ended up with! Sadly though the fillers couldn't do anything regarding my over shortened and projected tip unless I consider another surgery to bring it down.. However! Now that my profile is no longer curved and is straight it creates the illusion of my nose being longer then smaller. And luckily my tip is in no where near "pig" looking, so I have come to terms that it looks fine as it is now. I rather leave it be then even consider to perform another surgery in "hopes" for a better result. I absolutely cannot wait for my next appointment to get a step closer to my final result of getting back to the "old" me. Dr. Joseph still sends me emails, and continues to call and check on me to see "how life is with a little Silikon in my nose." I tell him every time I couldn't be happier with the result. and I couldn't be more thankful to Dr. Eric Joseph. I highly recommend him to anyone who has been through what I have, or is looking for a result they could be happy with. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I am a 32 year old female living in Connecticut. Over the past few years I have been really bothered by deep under-eye hollows and thinning upper cheeks. I felt like these things made me look much older than my age. I started looking into facial rejuvination with fillers on the internet and I realized that if I were going to get a temporary filler (that last 6 months to 1 year) it would cost at least $800 per year! Also the risk of lumps and having to get annual filler injections for the rest of my life made me shy away from that option. At that point, I googled for permanent dermal fillers and came across the "realself" website and Dr. Joseph's reviews & videos about Silikon 1000. So I made an appointment and nervously drove down to West Orange, NJ for a consult and treatment. When I met Dr Joseph, he was extremely professional, funny, honest and personable. He immediately put me at ease. He told me that I was an excellent candidate for lower eyelid and upper cheek filling with Silikon 1000. He explained that Silikon 1000 is an extremely effective, smooth, suble, permanent treatment when used with the proper injection technique. The risk of lumps or mistakes is extremely small. He took some "before" photos and then he marked the areas for treatment, and applied a topical numbing gel. The treatment itself was quick and painless (that numbing gel was amazing). I did not feel any of the injections. I drove home, all the way to CT immediately after my treatment. There was no down time. For me, the only side effects were very minor swelling that was not even noticable to anyone but myself. In fact, I put on my eye glasses and make-up and hung out with some friends and family on the NIGHT OF treatment and nobody noticed! The swelling took a about a week to go down, but this is normal for some people (especially for the under eye area). Since I live so far away from West Orange NJ, Dr Jospeh asked me to email him and/or call him with any questions or concerns. I did email and call to just double check about the swelling. He took my call and emailed me back immediately to re-assured me that the swelling should go down within 2 weeks, which it did. The results were extremly subtle yet impactful. After only 1 treatment, I was literally overwhelmed with emotions because I felt like I looked 5 years younger instantly. Most people have only noticed that I look like I "got a good night's sleep" or that I look "less stressed out". This is good because I don't want to look "over-done" or "injected" or like I had any work done. As far as price goes, since I got 2 areas treated at one time, I was given a multiple area discount. Is $1350 alot of money? It's nothing to sneeze at, but it's WAY cheaper than getting annual injections of a temporary filler - especially since Dr. Joseph's technique with Silikon 1000 is much less risky than some other fillers on the market, AND I got such awesome results after only 1 treatment. I am 10000000% pleased with the results and I will be going back in about another month to get a 2nd treatment to further enhance my cheek volume. If I could recommend this treatment to anyone, I'd say - YES DO IT, DO IT, DO IT!!!! You will NOT regret it. The results are permanent and think that this treatment was extremely worth the price.

Dr. Joseph is amazing! I'm only 16 and i am one of the few 16 year olds who actually really needed to get my nose fixed. I was a very petite girl with a big nose. I went into the consultation thinking it would be way to expensive to ever do, but it seemed like a fair price. He took pictures of me, and showed me on the computer what it would look like after the surgery, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. the end results turned out even better than the computer simulation, and i couldn't be happier! although it is a DRASTIC change for me, it looks completely natural, and no one would ever think i got my nose done. Recovery was more comfortable because there was no packing up my nose. after i got the bandages off i got a FREE makeup kit too cover the few bruises i had. about 2 months after the surgery, I got a FREE microdermabrasion. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Joseph for your rhinoplasty!

Only one word could describe my experience with Dr. Joesph, amazing. From the first day I stepped into his office him and his staff have been nothing but incredible. I found Dr. Joesph online and he had the best reviews over any other doctor I came across so I scheduled my consultation. As soon as I met him I knew I found my doctor. He showed me computer images of what he could do and it was exactly what I wanted, if not better. On the day of my surgery he held my hand and cared for me through the entire experience. The surgery went great and Dr. Joseph called to check up on me during my recovery. He gave me his personal cell phone number to call him for any issues or questions that I had. I sat home one afternoon and googled, looking for a good site with good recommendations and happened upon this site. I initially visited Dr. Joseph to inquire about having a cyst removed from just above my upper lip and was concerned about scarring. As an added bonus, and a birthday gift to myself we discussed Silikon 1000 and botox as well. After listening to the Dr's advice as to what he would suggest I decided to just go for it. I received Silicon and botox injections that were all preformed professionaly and painless as well. I walked out in a little over an hour looking years younger, and a very happy woman. There was no swelling or down time either. And the cost? I'll just say I have no reson for why I waited so long. Completely reasonable! As a 47 year old divorced mother of two teenage boys, life was getting stressfull and depressing. The good doctor gave me my confidence back and I feel as attractive as I did five years ago. I will be returning as reccomened to access the longevity of the botox, but as for the Silicon..which is more permanent it appears after 2 months that I only required a single treatment!! I fully reccomend Doctor and would also like to note that the entire office had a wonderful relaxed atmosphere and i felt completely at ease.

Before I begin the long story of my nose, I am happy to report that it is finally over. I am FINALLY happy and Dr. Joseph is the reason. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph. He is a skilled rhinoplasty surgeon, and more importantly, a very skilled revision rhinoplasty surgeon. His credentials are what you should require: dual-board certified ENT and facial plastic surgeon. I am thrilled with my decision and I think you would be, too. Now here is the unabridged story: My relationship with my nose began when I was about 11 years old. This is when my extremely large nose grew in. I was tormented by kids naming their birds after me and very self-conscious, especially of my profile. At the age of 16 I pleaded with my mom, asking if she would support my having a nose job. She agreed and I had the surgery. Within a year I went back for tip revision. Then about six years later it seemed that the tip had fallen and I went back to have the tip lifted. This is when my nose was butchered, NOTE that this was years before I met Dr. Joseph. My previous doctor snipped my columella (portion of your nose between your nostrils) and failed to properly support it, so after healing, it fell. I went back again two years later and needless to say, the same thing happened. Nearly nine years after my first rhinoplasty and I was still self-conscious, still unhappy with my nose. It took another ten years for me to find Dr. Joseph while I was searching online and researching non-surgical nose jobs. After four prior surgeries, I did not want to have another nose surgery, but when I went to see Dr. Joseph he explained that the damage to my columella and the hump-like shape to my nose could not be fixed without surgery. I was disappointed to hear this, but I was happy to finally realize that there was no reason to wait any longer. Dr. Joseph explained in detail the work he would do on my nose. His revision rhinoplasty would take at least two hours and would be one of his most difficult surgeries. He would have to lift my columella and would do so by taking cartilage from inside my nose and putting in a columella strut, often referred to as a c-strut to support it. He would also try to cover up the scar tissue from the previous surgeries which had been visible. A good bit of shaving of the bone would also be done to create a gentle curve. He would also fix my deviated septum (which also should have been fixed with my first rhinoplasty). I decided pretty quickly to schedule the surgery. Dr. Joseph was surprised to see me on his surgery schedule only a couple of weeks following my initial consultation. He wanted to be confident that he and I had the same objectives in mind, so he had me return to his office for another consultation. Dr. Joseph spent an hour with me, examining my nose, reviewing the computer imaging and making sure that he understood my expectations. I am extremely hard to please and I have to say that I am extremely happy with the outcome. I love my new nose! It is finally small and I have a profile that I do not feel self-conscious about. I am 10 weeks post-op, and I have to say my nose still feels tight, but this is worth it. If you had a bad nose job and you are not sure you want to go through it again, trust that Dr. Joseph will listen to what you want and will get you a nose that you can finally smile about!

Dr Joseph is the best! I did a TON of research before choosing him and it paid off. He fixed my awful nose and tweeked my under eye bags with just a few painless silikon-1000 treatments and introduced me to the wonderful world of botox :) I am 50 years old this year but no one would ever guess it thanks to Dr Joseph. The best part is how completely natural and beautiful the results are. No scaring, no "down time", no one even knew I had anything "done", they just commented (and still do) on how great I look. I went to see Dr. Joseph after a rhinoplasty gone wrong, the previous doctor had left me with a nose that only revision surgery could fix. The problem was that I am a student and I just can't spend that kind of money right now. However, after looking at the many before and after photos on his website, I figured it wouldn't hurt to see if he might be able to help me. In my consult he told me just that, I needed revision surgery, but after discussing my financial status and asking him to please try to do what he could, he agreed. He told me it would take two or maybe even three sessions to see any improvement, and warned me the change might be minimal because of the degree of the problems. It has been about two weeks since I had just one session of Silikon 1000 put in my nose and all I can say is he is a miracle worker. My nose went from being completely tipped to one side and having a horribly dipped bridge with oversized nostrils to a straight nose with significantly smaller nostrils and an improved bridge...amazing. What is even more amazing is that the rhinoplasty left me with a constant runny nose and somehow what Dr. Joseph did fixed it, which as you can imagine has also been life changing. I am so incredibly happy with Dr. Joseph's work that I had saved up for two sessions and since I don't need the second I have decided to get my lips done, something I've wanted done for years but didn't see happening thanks to my nose issues. Last but not least, I live in New York and it was my first time going to New Jersey so I got really, really lost the first time I went to his office. Barb and the rest of the ladies in the front were so sweet and patient in helping me figure out a way to get there and they even helped me make sure I got back to NY too, they are as exceptional as Dr. Joseph.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Joesph after meeting several other facial plastic surgeons to preform a nose job. From the moment I walked into his clean modern office and met him I knew he was the right doctor for me. Out of all the doctors I met with he was the only one that I left my consolation feeling like he knew exactly what he was doing and explained to me clearly what I should expect. Only a week after my surgery my nose looked amazing .. Swollen but still amazing because it was such huge improvement from what I looked like before. I am now only 2 months post-op and I am very happy with my new appearance and give all the credit to my great doctor! I am so happy I didn't settle for somebody differant. At this point in my healing process results have met every expectation that i wanted and I believe that by the end of the year when all my swelling has subsided it will look even more incrediable than it allready does!

I went to see Doctor Joseph because I was unhappy with the appearance of my nose 3 years after having surgical rhinoplasty with a different Doc in Beverly Hills. There was a depression at the top left part of my bridge from over shaving the bone and it created an overall crooked appearance with the right nostril elevated higher than the left. When I would run my finger downs the bridge, it felt bumpy and jagged. Dr. Joseph carefully took his time assessing my nose and we basically agreed 100% about what areas would need correcting, He was very thorough when explaining the procedure to me and answered all of my questions very patiently. We agreed that silikon 1000 would be the preferred filler for what I was trying to achieve and after fully numbing my nose with a pretty strong topical lidocaine, Dr Joseph skillfully (and painlessly) injected the tiny droplets of silikon into the areas he previously marked on my nose.He filled in the depreesions in the bridge and also added a bit to the left nostril to drop it down a little and make it symmetrical with the right side. When he lifted the mirror to show me the result, I was floored! My nose looked immediately better! The doctor then told me that the swelling from the injection was partly responsible for the great result and that because he never overfills (since you can always add more, but it's not so easy to remove excess) I would probably need another round in a month or so to get the best result. Well, I'm really happy to say that the swelling is gone but I am still super happy with this result. I don't know if another round if even necessary. My whole face looks so much better - this is the nose I hoped for after my initial rhinoplasty. Its so straight, and I can no longer feel the jagged bumps when I run my finger down the bridge, its completely smooth and straight now. This has just made me so happy!! Its really great to finally feel confident about my face. For the past 3 years I haven't at all, so I'm really soaking it up now I guess. So, to say I recommend Dr. Joseph to anyone considering a non-surgical rhinoplasty is almost an understatement. My result has already exceeded my expectation in every way. Not to mention, that Dr. Joseph is a really personable and attentive Doctor who will go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. His staff is also fabulous and made a great impression on me even before I met Dr. Joseph . My whole experience has been above average from the moment I called his office.

Dr. Joseph ROCKS! I drove from Kentucky (13 hours) to be treated by Dr. Joseph and it was well worth it. After only one treatment, my acne scars are more improved than I thought possible. A couple of years ago, I noticed some depressions forming on my cheeks and I had a DOT laser treatment by another doctor in an attempt to improve them. The results of the laser were devastating ? worse and increased scarring plus cystic acne breakout that caused numerous additional scars. I consulted with numerous surgeons, all of whom suggested various additional laser treatments. Finally, I found Dr. Joseph. Rather than a painful procedure with 2 weeks downtime that yields no results, Dr. Joseph?s Silikon-1000 treatment was painless with no downtime at all and the results are amazing. I encourage anyone suffering from depressed acne scars to consult with this wonderful surgeon.

I saw Dr. Joseph for consultation for tear trough hollows and darkening of the lower eye lid area, and also to discuss options to improve past rhinoplasty surgeries gone bad. The results I got were excellent due to Dr. Joseph's expertise with using Silikon-1000. He was able to mask the darkness and plump up the hollows of my under eye area while always maintaing a natural result. My nose had collapsed on one side and my nostrils were too large. Dr. Joseph was able to fill in the collapsed area which brought down the retracted nostrils to look more symetrical. I also had a bump on my nose which vanished once the area was filled in. Dr. Joseph is professional and easy to talk to and has an artistic eye. I would recommend seeing Dr. Joseph before doing other procedures such as fat injections in the hollows of the eyes or before doing any type of rhinoplasty surgery or corrections. His fees are more than fair compared to what you would pay to do surgery for these procedures and you can get great results by just using the Silikon-1000. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Joseph and that I didn't make a mistake that I may have regretted while spending a lot more money & having to get more operations. The results were fantastic just with these injections. Make an appointment!

I have had two previous rhinoplasty's with another doctor that left my nose with a point tip and little cartilage to think about a third rhinoplasty surgery to widen the tip and fix the fallen bridge on my nose. I knew that fillers can create a younger face but did not know that it can create a natural looking nose after a bad rhinoplasty surgery. I did not want a temporary fix like all of the other fillers out there, so I looked in to and researched a filler that was permanent silikon 1000, then I searched for a doctor that has had well experience with silikon 1000 and injected the product with confidence and success with his patients. Doctor Eric Joseph did an amazing job with the silikon 1000 injection in my nose, with his expertise he not only gave back my natural looking nose I could breath better because the silikon 1000 lifted my nostril airways, he truly is a genius. I had unusually deep marionette lines and loss of lip definition. I found Dr. Joseph after years of doing research on rhinoplasty and permanent filler injections. I hadn't been happy with my nose from the time of adolescence. However, I am not wealthy and although make a middle class living the idea of rhinoplasty seemed beyond the scope of what was possible for me. I came to Dr. Joseph because he was literally the ONLY doctor I could find that does permanent filler injections. Prior I had the Radiesse (a temporary filler) and had been happy with those results. Dr. Joseph gave me a free initial consult (that in of itself is difficult to find) and told me that he could do the permanent filler but that truly I would look my best with a rhinoplasty. He printed out pictures for me for the type of result I would get with BOTH options. (This is extremely rare. When I had the filler done by another doctor no such attention was given to me) While I loved the picture, price was of course a concern. I was not ready to go into debt for plastic surgery. However, Dr. Joseph gave me a price that was feasible for me (and THOUSANDS less than what a NYC doctor would cost). He advised me to think it over and let me choose what I wanted but promised no matter what he would give me a great result. After a couple weeks discussing it with my husband and friends and taking a look at my financials and savings, I agreed to a rhinoplasty. Dr. Joseph was extremely professional and attentive the whole time leading up to the procedure. He has a way of making you feel as if you are his only patient. He remembers your name, your history and give you his personal cell phone to call with any questions. In the days leading up to the surgery and the day of I was completely calm and knew I was in the hands of an exceptional surgeon. I had an outstanding result. I followed his post op directions to the letter and came back with almost no bruising and minimal swelling. I returned to work in 10 days from my surgery. Even 4 months later I still have a dialogue with Dr. Joseph and he checks in on my healing and progress regularly. It is because of him that I have a nose that give me confidence and makes me happy to take pictures. Every passing month I think I look better and better. Matter of fact he did such a fantastic job that it inspired my husband to get his broken nose fixed by Dr. Joseph a few months after my surgery! The best part is that we both got what we wanted and we were able to afford it. My surgery was in Dec and the loan was paid in full by April. The quality of his work stands on its own. He has the skill and attentiveness of the expensive high end doctors but makes it a conceivable option for those of us without six figure salaries. I cannot recommend someone better to trust with your face!

In my case, my ears were asymmetrical as well as protruding so it was not a simple standard setback. We had to carefully discuss each ear and the level of setback I wanted to get a pleasing appearance and balance. Throughout this process he was very open to questions and understanding. The great part is he was able to pull it off and exceeded my expectations! My ears look very pleasing, thanks Dr. J!
Recommended: I recently went through an otoplasty procedure with Dr. J. I strongly recommend this man but anyone should consult (for free) with Dr. J and have any of his/her questions answered. I can guarantee you he is a surgeon you can trust who is straightforward with what he can/cannot do for you.
I would highly recommend Dr. Joseph. He was extremely professional, caring and self-confident in his capabilities. I am more than happy with the results. After waiting 30+ years to change the appearance of my facial profile, I finally had the courage to undergo a rhinoplasty. I never had any type of surgical procedure perfomed before (not even a minor one) and I had never been placed under general anesthesia. Need-less-to-say I had a lot of concerns.
I performed many internet searches to find a well qualified surgeon; having dual board certification in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology was a big factor in my choice.
The doctor that I chose was 2 hours away, and I would have driven two hours more if I knew that I was going to be in good hands. Thankfully, I was and I am very happy with the results of the procedure!
At the first visit I told him how I felt about my profile and he took some pictures, which he up-loaded onto his computer. I was then able to compare my present nose, with a computer generated image of what it could look like based upon what I wanted. It was really amazing to see that picture and what I could finally look like! He then proceeded to discuss the surgical process and potential risks involved.
At the follow-up visit prior to the surgery he discussed what types of medications and foods I should avoid and wrote prescriptions (antibiotics, anti-nausea meds, and pain meds) that I may need. The antibiotics were a neccessity but it turned out I didn't need to take any pain meds except acetaminophen (Tylenol) or the anti-nausea medication.
The day of the surgery (which was about a month and a half after the second office visit) was an anxiety filled day for me. Luckily, Dr. J and the staff were there to reassure me that I would be in the best of hands and everything would be alright.
Everything went great, and I was sent home to recover for a week. Riding home from New Jersey that day, I couldn't believe that I actually went through with the surgery. It was a very good feeling but I felt tired and congested and couldn't wait for the week to pass so I could take the bandages off.
The following Monday I was back at Dr. J's office where he proceded to remove the stitches and the bandages. When he showed me my profile, I couldn't of been more happy...I knew I had made the right choice in him as my surgeon.
All in all I am very happy with my results and highly reccommend Dr. J!
Recommended: Besides having dual board certification in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology, Dr. J is a very confident and empathetic physician. My decision in choosing him started on the very first office visit by telling me that there was really nothing wrong with my nose, and I may have driven all the way out to see him for nothing; Then, on the day of surgery, when I was undergoing anesthesia, he actually held my hand because he saw how nervous I was; Then this whole process ended by seeing those bandages come off after a week and loving the results.

My nose had a bump on the bridge and a rounded drooping tip. The results of my rhinoplasty surgery were virtually identicle to the picture we imaged together prior to surgery. He gave me the nose my face should have had: the result is incredibly naturaland beautiful. It was one of the best decisions i have made in my life and I recommend Dr. J to EVERYONE considering rhinoplasty or any other surgery.

After a bad accident (and an equally bad rhinoplasty), I was left with a noticeable concave on the right side of my nose.
I did my research and concluded that this doctor was the best person to see regarding my nose situation. Luckily, I was correct.
The doctor looked at my nose and concluded that due to my history and situation, non-surgical permanent fillers would be the best choice. While I was initially adamant about having a traditional operation, the doctor convinced me (in a non-abrasive way) that injecting Silicon 1000 in my nose would be the way to go, and he was absolutely right.
The procedure is quick (20 minutes with a topical anesthetic, and then 5-10 minutes to inject) and painless. It took me two sessions to get the nose where I wanted it to be, but now, I'm absolutely satisfied with how it turned out. Saved me about five thousand dollars, a lot of pain, and weeks of downtime.
While a non-surgical rhinoplasty won't work for someone looking to slim down their nose, it works perfectly for someone that needs to straighten it or plumpen it up (as in my case).
Last, but not least, the doctor cares. I sensed his enthusiasm from the initial consultation. The dude knows his stuff. I couldn't have selected a better doctor.
As I said above, Dr. J knows his stuff. I've seen about five plastic surgeons in my day and he was easily the best.
I visited Dr. Joseph for Silikon-1000 injections. I am beyond happy with the results. He did not pressure me into making any rash decisions. He is genuinely interested in making the patient happy, not money. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled surgeon.

Dr. Joseph performed my nose job and did an amazing job! I had at least 4 consultations before Dr. Joseph and was very unsure and uncomfortable with the other Doctors. Some were outrageously expensive ($12,000 for a nose job!?!?!), some were just obnoxious and cocky ("I wont do computer imaging, it's a waste of my time. Set a day for the operation and we'll talk more.") But within the first 2 minutes of meeting Dr Joseph I knew he would be my surgeon. He is such a great doctor, personable, a perfectionist and really knows what he is talking about. I was really nervous and scared but he really took lots of time to explain everything to me and make me feel comfortable. I went to Dr. Joseph for a Non Surgical Rhinoplasty with Silikon-1000 and my results were fantastic! I've always had a bump on my nose that bothered me. Dr. Joseph injected Silikon-1000 above my bump over 2 sessions. I had no pain or bruising. Some slight swelling lasted less than 2 days. My bump is now concealed giving my nose a straight profile. I know it's not possible that it made my nose smaller but our eyes are drawn to irregularities and without the bump it looks so much better that it almost seems smaller! I even feel like it looks narrower from the front. I'm sure other Plastic Surgeons would have only recommended rhinoplasty for me but I am so grateful I was able to avoid surgery with it's long down time and high cost. The digital imaging was a nice touch to help me see what the final results could look like. First off, I have never written a referral or thank online in my life til now! I have been having lip augmentations for years now due to the normal signs of aging and the development of what I like to call my "potato chip lips." As the years have advanced, my lip tissue is almost nonexistent. :( So, I was looking for a doctor who could not only give me a more permanent solution but would also give me a natural, subtle result. Will boy did I find a good doctor! He was kind and personable, patient with my questions and a true artist in his approach. After discussing the treatment, He numbed my lips with a topical sedative (don't even get me started on the horror stories of a dental/lip block- I get a herpes outbreak on my upper lip after EVERY filler experience until now). It's been 3 weeks since I had Silikon 1000 injected to correct under eye bags and to add fullness to my cheeks, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I'd already had a revision rhinoplasty, but there were imperfections like a dent from a graft that moved and retracted nostrils. I saw Dr. Joseph's before and after pictures online and decided he was definitely able to give me great results from the silikon injections. I have had two previous surgeries on my nose. The first was a septoplasy to staighten my nose. Afterwards, I wasn't happy with the tip of my nose so I had a second surgery to correct the tip. Well, the results weren't worth the pain or the almost two years of numbness on my nose. Any pictures of myself always showed a divot and bulging of cartilage on one side of my nose that drove me crazy! So when I decided that I wanted a more uniform look in pictures, I sought out a plastic surgeon that could fix my problem without any further surgeries. I did my homework online and came across Dr. Joseph and was very intrigued with his before and after photos of nonsurgical rhinoplasty. I emailed him and he responded right away. I then went to his office for a free consultation and he listened carefully to all my concerns, he looked at some pictures that I had brought with me, and he had me look in a mirror to address what was bothering me about my nose. He's really an incredible guy that answered all my questions, told me what to expect during and after my procedure, and told me what he could do to correct my nose. Because of warm and professional attitude, I agreed to have him correct my nose with Silikon 1000 and I am ABSOLUTELY blown away with the results! Plus, the results are permanent. I only wish that I had done it sooner because it didn't hurt at all. This man is a true artist and I still can't beleive how good of a job he did. Dr Joseph comes across as too good to be true - but I can verify that he is even better than that! The injectable fillers I have had have taken years off my face, his attention to detail is extraordinary but most importantly the care he takes with all his patients is from a bygone era - and so important. I had a reaction to the numbing cream he used ..... not his fault yet he contacted me at least twice a day to find out how I was. He also made calls to find out how to remedy the situation and summoned me to his office to fix the reaction. NOTHING was too much trouble and I knew I was in good hands. Since then I have been back, had more 'work' done with no problems. I love seeing him and his staff and have made appointments to do more yet he has refused me .... telling me there's no more to do. I trust him implicitly and realized long ago that this is his passion and his art and he's not just doing it for the money - he really cares. People like him are very few and far between these days. I drove about 3 hours to see Dr. Joseph after seeing the amazing before and after silikon photos on his website and I went there knowing I was going to have him do the work--I wasn't looking for just a consultation. Other doctors websites I've seen just did not instill me with the same confidence that I got when I saw Dr. Joseph's work, but even still it took me about a year to work up enough courage to get this work done. I had Dr. fill the line from the hollows under my eyes, marionette lines, fill an acne scar and give me botox. I am 100% satisfied with Dr Joseph's work. I had previously undergone a rhinoplasty through another doctor a little over a year ago. It wasn't a bad surgery but I wasn't happy with how lifted my nostrils were, and the asymmetry of the sides. He used an injectable filler (silikon- 1000) and after one treatment I was immensely happy. It wasn't painful, there was no downtime and it's a fraction of the price of surgical rhinoplasty. It's a permanent filler and depending on your situation you can get the results you want in one or two visits. This doctor works with you sometimes in multiple sessions, using photography, computer imaging, and shared imput to come to a conclusion on which procedures work best. Produces very natural results, and is very lenient towards touch-ups. Also, works on a very reasonable price range and is honest, rather than being financially motivated. I've had rhinoplasty and a chin-implant when I was around 20, and now at 26, my work is even more defined than before. I highly recommend this doctor if you want honesty and very natural results. He often corrects the mistakes of surgeries performed by other doctors, which made this a key decision when it came time to my surgery. Many doctors that I've seen will throw everything at you, to make a buck, leaving you looking very unnatural and gaudy (often with mistakes, scarring, and possible numbness). I trusted this doctor because of his word, that the results will be VERY natural, with minimal scaring, and I liked the end result. I would highly recommend this doctor.
