Our lovely 28 year old patient was self conscious about the appearance of her protruding right ear. Goals were to allow her to wear her hair in a pony-tail, and to create a natural looking right ear appearance. She had "unfurling of her antihelical fold" which tends to be congenital, and autosomal dominant - it runs in the family. She was repaired with 3 Mustarde sutures, and she is seen 6 months after her otoplasty surgery.
