Our 28 year old beautiful patient is seen 1 year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She was bothered by a distracting and over-projected nasal appearance. Additionally, she had a deviated nasal septum to the left and narrowing of her internal nasal valves on both sides. On profile, you can see a textbook 'tension lip deformity.' The functional portion of her surgery included septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and spreader grafts to enlarge her internal nasal valves. You can see a narrower and less distracting nasal appearance. She's also breathing much better.
