This is a terrific example of the power of a chin implant and neck liposuction to rejuvenate somebody's jawline and profile neck appearance. Our handsome patient is in his early 40s, and he was dissatisfied with the appearance of his chin and neck, particularly on profile. His after photos are 3 months after surgery, which was performed in our office with local anesthetic. At 3 months after surgery, there is still persistent swelling, which will completely dissipate over the following three months; however, you can see a stronger chin appearance and an improved jawline, along with the elimination of his double chin. Neck liposuction and chin implant may be an excellent alternative to neck lift surgery, and there is minimal downtime and very little inconvenience for our patients.
