Our beautiful patient came to us feeling out of options, and depressed. She had suffered a severe gunshot wound to the right side of her face, which was through and through, and despite a meticulous repair, this led to an unsightly depressed scar. This scar caused her significant emotional distress, as her children’s peers would sometimes make fun of her, which only added to her severe dissatisfaction. Recognizing her situation, I offered to donate my services to help restore her confidence. Since the cheek moves, with speaking or chewing, developing a widened scar is the norm, not the exception, so I did not recommend scar revision. Instead, I recommended permanently filling the depressed area with microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections. Since the patient was very emotional about this, she asked us to perform a ceiling demonstration, and when she looked in the mirror afterwards, I could see she was thrilled. These photos of our beautiful patient were taken one month following a single permanent non-surgical nose job treatment using microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections.

Our patient had a previous rhinoplasty performed elsewhere and was dissatisfied with the asymmetrical height of her nostrils on the front view, as well as the appearance of a deep supratip break on profile. Silikon-1000 was carefully used to lower her left nostril and fill the supra-alar creases on both sides. Additional volume was added to the deep supratip, radix, and infra-tip lobule to achieve subtle tip derotation.

After one treatment, she achieved a smoother, more balanced, and natural-looking nasal contour. This procedure was comfortably performed in-office using only topical anesthetic, avoiding the expense, uncertainty, and downtime associated with revision rhinoplasty surgery.
