Our 48 year old patient is seen nearly a month after permanent lip augmentation with microdroplet Silikon-1000. You can see smooth, natural looking lips that are just perfect for her - without any stigmata of being "done." Unlike temporary gel fillers, Silikon-1000 never leads to necrosis, infection, blindness, embolism or stroke. This is because the size of a Silikon-1000 molecule is smaller than a red blood cell. Unlike HA which is a gel, and a large molecule that can cause vascular occlusion, embolism, and other problems.She has persistent nodularity over her nasolabial folds from previous HA filler. She was born with deep supra-alar creases in her nasal tip, and she had a dorsal hump.
