Our patient is an excellent example of the precision, permanence, safety, and natural appearance of Silikon-1000 injections for permanent lip augmentation—three treatments were performed. Her first two treatments were administered over four years ago, and she visited our office one month ago for a third treatment. We are grateful that she has allowed us to share her photos! Unlike temporary gel fillers like HA, permanent lip augmentation with Silikon-1000 never leads to complications such as necrosis, embolism, stroke, blindness, infection, or biofilm. Our 28 year old beautiful patient is seen 1 year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She was bothered by a distracting and over-projected nasal appearance. Additionally, she had a deviated nasal septum to the left and narrowing of her internal nasal valves on both sides. On profile, you can see a textbook 'tension lip deformity.' The functional portion of her surgery included septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and spreader grafts to enlarge her internal nasal valves. You can see a narrower and less distracting nasal appearance. She's also breathing much better. Additionally, we performed a single permanent lip augmentation treatment with microdroplet Silikon-1000. Can also see natural looking and permanent lip augmentation in her after photos.

Our patient is seen 2 weeks after a single permanent lip augmentation procedure with microdroplet Silikon-1000. You can see a completely natural and "undone" looking lip appearance which is completely permanent. Silikon-1000 has several benefits over temporary gel fillers, like HA. Since the size of a Silikon-1000 molecule is smaller than a red blood cell, it's use is never associated with necrosis, embolus, blindness, stroke, or infection.
