Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #56

Our lovely patient visited us because she was unhappy with the appearance of her nose after rhinoplasty surgery that was performed many years ago. Additionally, she did not wish to undergo further nasal surgery. Her main concerns were excessive nostril show, pinching of her nasal tip, Lower and excessive nostril show on profile. Her after photos are following a single treatment with microdroplet Silikon-1000. We added permanent volume to her supra-alar creases, her nostril margins, and her infratip lobule. You can see in the after photo that her nasal tip looks less pinched, and that her nostril margins have been lowered, and that her nasal tip has been lowered several millimeters as well. On her profile photos, it looks as though she had a repair of her hanging columella, however, this is simply from lowering retracted nostril margins - permanently, and without the expense, downtime, and uncertainties associated with revision rhinoplasty surgery.
