Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After: Corrected Nostril Asymmetry and Sidewall Indentation

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #59

Our lovely patient traveled from afar to see us for our expertise with permanent non-surgical nose job treatments. She had a rhinoplasty one year ago in her country, and she was dissatisfied with the asymmetry of her nostrils on front view, along with the appearance of an indentation along her left nasal sidewall. The after photo is following a single treatment with Silikon-1000 to both nostril margins, her infratip lobule, and her left nasal sidewall. You can see a natural-looking, more symmetrical, and pleasing alar base after her treatment. Also see an improvement in the appearance of the indentation along her left nasal sidewall.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After: Improved Nostril Asymmetry After Previous Rhinoplasty

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #58

Our beautiful patient is shown after a single permanent non-surgical nose job treatment to improve nostril asymmetry following a previous rhinoplasty. Her original surgery was done many years ago by another provider. She was generally happy with the overall appearance of her nose, but she was bothered by the fact that her left nostril margin appeared higher than the right.

With just one treatment using microdroplet Silikon-1000 to the left nostril margin, we achieved a natural-looking and permanent result. The procedure is performed using topical anesthetic and involves no downtime.

We are truly grateful that she allowed us to share her photographs. In similar cases, over 90 percent of rhinoplasty specialists would typically recommend revision rhinoplasty with alar rim grafting as the only option. Her results show significant improvement without the inconvenience, cost, and uncertainty that can come with revision surgery.

In cases like this, we believe microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections are a safer and more predictable alternative to revision rhinoplasty. We also do not recommend using temporary gel fillers in the nose after previous rhinoplasty. Although rare, they have been associated with complications such as necrosis, embolism, blindness, stroke, infection, or biofilm formation.

Silikon-1000 has a molecular size smaller than a red blood cell. In our 26 years of experience, and in more than 60 years of medical use, we have not seen these complications occur. This makes it a reliable and permanent solution for non-surgical nasal refinement.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After: Improved Nostril Symmetry after Rhinoplasty Surgeries

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #57

Our lovely patient came to see us for nostril asymmetry that occurred after several rhinoplasty surgeries. She did not wish to undergo further surgery, and she wished to achieve improved symmetry of her nostril margins. You can see that her left nostril is higher than her right, and that there is notching of her right nostril margin near the columella. You can also see a permanent improvement after a single treatment. Treatments are performed with topical anesthetic, and there is no downtime. With Silikon-1000, there is never a risk of necrosis, embolus, blindness, stroke, or infection, since the size of a Silikon-1000 molecule is smaller than a red blood cell.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After: Corrected Nostril Retraction and Tip Pinching After Previous Surgery

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #56

Our lovely patient visited us because she was unhappy with the appearance of her nose after rhinoplasty surgery that was performed many years ago. Additionally, she did not wish to undergo further nasal surgery. Her main concerns were excessive nostril show, pinching of her nasal tip, Lower and excessive nostril show on profile. Her after photos are following a single treatment with microdroplet Silikon-1000. We added permanent volume to her supra-alar creases, her nostril margins, and her infratip lobule. You can see in the after photo that her nasal tip looks less pinched, and that her nostril margins have been lowered, and that her nasal tip has been lowered several millimeters as well. On her profile photos, it looks as though she had a repair of her hanging columella, however, this is simply from lowering retracted nostril margins - permanently, and without the expense, downtime, and uncertainties associated with revision rhinoplasty surgery. Thank you.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After: Correction of Asymmetries and Cleft Tip After Prior Surgery

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #55

Our handsome 40 year old patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of his nose after previous rhinoplasty, many years ago. You can see that he has very thin nasal skin, with a cleft in the middle of his tip, and significant nasal tip asymmetries that have many stigmata of previous rhinoplasty surgery. His after photos are following three treatments with microdroplet Silikon-1000, over a 6-month period, to create a less operated-looking, and more symmetrical nasal tip appearance, without the expense, inconvenience, downtime, and uncertainty associated with revision rhinoplasty surgery. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 has a 60-year history of safety, precision, and permanence, when used for permanent non-surgical nose job treatments. Additionally, since a Silikon-1000 molecule is smaller than that of a red blood cell, problems like necrosis, embolus, blindness, stroke, infection, and biofilm, simply do not occur, as they may with temporary gel fillers like HA.
