Her revision rhinoplasty included tip-plasty, nasal shortening, tip de-projection, tip rotation, bridge lowering and osteotomies for narrowing. Our lovely patient underwent revision rhinoplasty for the repair of her “poly beak deformity” and hanging columella. An extended anatomical medium chin implant was placed, and neck liposuction was also performed at the same operation. Her photos also demonstrate Botox treatments to her brow, and microdroplet Silikon-1000 permanent lip augmentation.
