Our beautiful patient had dissatisfaction with her nose since age 15. She felt her nose was too large for her face, and that she inherited her "dad's nose". Goals were to provide a smaller, less distracting, and natural-looking nasal appearance. Her photos were taken five months after her rhinoplasty.
