Our 21 year young lady is seen one year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery (find six month post-op photos under Rhinoplasty #138) She desired a smaller, more feminine, and less distracting nasal appearance. She also had correction of her deviated nasal septum, and spreader grafts placed on both sides to open her nasal valves.
