These photos demonstrate an early result in our 28 year old beautiful patient, only one month after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. Goals were to provide a less distracting, and natural looking nasal appearance and to improve her breathing. She had spreader grafts, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction performed at surgery to restore her nasal airway.
