Our beautiful 24 year old patient is seen three months following functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She had a severely deviated nasal septum corrected, and spreader grafts placed on both sides to improve her breathing. You can see a natural looking, and less distracting nasal appearance that breathes better.

Computer imaging is "underdone" to demonstrate a modest improvement, and we then see if you would be satisfied with the simulated improvements.
