Our beautiful teenager is seen 1 year after rhinoplasty surgery. She was bothered by the width of her nose, along with her droopy nasal tip, and "pollybeak". Nasal narrowing was achieved with osteotomies and alarplasty. Her profile was reduced and her tip was projected with an extended shield graft.
