Rhinoplasty Before & After: Straightened a Crooked Nose, Refined a Bulbous Droopy Tip, and Improved Breathing

Rhinoplasty #301

We are so grateful that our lovely patient has allowed us to post her photographs, one year after undergoing functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery in our office. She presented with a crooked nasal appearance, a bulbous droopy tip and a dorsal hump. She also had airway obstruction from a severely deviated nasal septum and narrow internal nasal valves. We straightened her nose, narrowed and rotated her tip, and removed her hump for a less distracting and more feminine nasal appearance. We also corrected her deviated nasal septum and used spreader grafts from her own septal cartilage to reconstruct her internal nasal valves. You can see a natural looking, unoperated nasal appearance, and we are all happy about that, along with her improved nasal breathing.
