Our handsome patient is seen only 6 weeks after rhinoplasty for repair of a severely traumatized nose. When he was in the fourth grade, he had a baseball injury to his nose, and repair of nasal fractures may be best performed surgically after someone has reached their full growth potential. You can see a straighter, and narrower nasal appearance, with tip lifting and hump removal on profile. We are all thrilled with his less distracting nasal appearance.
Our beautiful patient is seen one year after rhinoplasty and chin implant surgery. There is a balance between someone's nose and chin on their facial profile. By reducing the size of her nose and augmenting her chin projection, you can see a natural looking, beautiful young lady.
You can see a smaller, and more feminine nasal appearance on our beautiful 25 year old patient 17 months after rhinoplasty surgery. Her procedure was both a functional and cosmetic procedure. We corrected her deviated nasal septum, and added cartilage spreader grafts to enlarge her internal nasal valves.

These updated photos were taken 6 months after rhinoplasty was performed in our practice. Goals were to provide straight bridge lines on front view, with tip narrowing, and hump removal for a less distracting and more feminine nasal appearance. We used spreader grafts on both sides to provide straight bridge lines - before surgery, you can see an "hour glass" appearance to her nose.

Our beautiful 25 year old patient is seen 1 year after undergoing rhinoplasty surgery in our practice. You can see that she has thin nasal skin, and before surgery, you can see a wide and unusual nasal tip appearance. She also had an indentation along her left nasal sidewall that led to a slightly crooked nasal appearance. Goals were to provide a less projected nasal profile appearance, with nasal straightening, and tip-plasty. We used a right spreader graft to provide a straighter nasal appearance.
