Primary Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty Before & After: Corrected Crooked and Wide Nasal Appearance

Rhinoplasty #237

Our beautiful patient is seen 1.5 years after rhinoplasty surgery that was performed in our practice. Before surgery, she did not like her crooked and wide nasal appearance, and she also wanted hump removal, and tip rotation. We narrowed her bridge tip and nostrils, and straightened her bridge with a right spreader graft. Her profile hump was removed, and her tip was lifted for a less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance.

Rhinoplasty Before & After: Straighter, and Narrower Nasal Appearance

Rhinoplasty #235

Our beautiful 23 year old patient is seen one year after rhinoplasty surgery. Goals of surgery were to provide a straighter, and narrower nasal appearance and a less projected nasal profile appearance. She was repaired with a right spreader graft for nasal straightening, a tip-plasty for narrowing and improved tip symmetry, nostril narrowing, and profile deprojection with "tension-nose" repair for a less distracting and more feminine nasal appearance. You can see red spots under her right eye after we removed several white milia that were bothersome at her "nose-aversary".

Rhinoplasty Before & After: Corrected Nasal Flaring

Rhinoplasty #234

Our beautiful 24 year old patient is seen 7 days after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. Before surgery, she did not like the invitation along the right side wall of her nose and she did not like her wide tip and flaring nostril appearance. She was also self-conscious about her profile bump. Her repair consisted of nasal narrowing with a right-sided spreader graft, dorsal reduction, tip-plasty, and nostril narrowing. You can see an unoperated and less distracting nasal appearance, along with better breathing.

Rhinoplasty Before & After: Improved Nasal Breathing

Rhinoplasty #233

Our beautiful 28 year old patient is seen one year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She had airway obstruction from a deviated nasal septum, turbinate enlargement, and from internal nasal valve narrowing on both sides. Her airway was corrected with septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and bilateral spreader grafts. Her large dorsal hump was removed, and her tip-plasty included an extended shield graft. You can see a natural looking, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance - and her nasal breathing was greatly improved.
