Our beautiful 18 year old patient is seen only 6 weeks after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. Our goals were to provide a straighter and narrower nasal appearance with hump removal and tip lift. Her nose was repaired with spreader grafts, a columellar strut graft, and an extended shield tip-graft.
