Rhinoplasty #126
Our 21-year-old patient was severely dissatisfied with her nasal appearance when we met. She felt her nose was too large due to the bump. These photos were taken eight months after her surgery and she is thrilled with her new, nose.

Our beautiful 25-year-old patient is shown six months after surgery. Prior to surgery, she felt that the bridge and tip of her nose stuck out too far on profile view; she has been self-conscious about this since middle school. In surgery, we narrowed the nose and placed spreader grafts on both sides for cosmetic and functional purposes. We also rotated and deprojected the tip and removed the hump. We are all happy with how she is looking and feeling now with improved self-confidence.
Our beautiful patient became self-conscious of her nasal profile after watching herself on television. Our goals were to provide a straighter and more narrow nasal appearance with hump reduction and nasal tip rotation. Her one year postoperative photos are simply stunning. Check out her YouTube video called “My Rhinoplasty Experience”.
You can see a smaller, more feminine, and less distracting nasal appearance in our lovely patient who is photographed here one year postoperative. We refined and deprojected her nasal tip and straightened the bridge of her nose.
These photos were taken one year after a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery in our beautiful patient. You can see a more symmetrical nasal tip appearance, with the repair of her hanging columella, hump removal, and tip deprojection.
