Rhinoplasty surgery was performed on our beautiful high school student six months ago. She did not like her dorsal hump and bulbous nasal tip appearance. You can see indentations along her bridge on front view, and these were corrected with spreader grafts, and she had her deviated nasal septum repaired. Her nasal tip was narrowed and supported with a columellar shoring strut, and her dorsal hump was lowered for a less distracting nasal profile. Her tip was deprojected, and her "tension lip" was corrected by removing her anterior nasal spine.

Teen Rhinoplasty may be considered in some mature young women at the age of thirteen (in general teen rhinoplasty for young men is reserved for ages 18+). Our beautiful high school student felt her nasal profile was large and overpowering in relation to her face.
