Rhinoplasty Before & After: With Large Dorsal Hump

Rhinoplasty #245

Our beautiful 37 year old patient is seen 11 years after cosmetic rhinoplasty was performed in our practice. She was initially bothered by her wide nasal appearance and her large dorsal hump. You can see that many years after surgery, she looks absolutely amazing. There are no stigmata of previous nasal surgery and her nose blends in and is no longer a distraction. We are grateful that she has allowed us to post her photos.

Rhinoplasty Before & After: With A Broad Nasal Appearance

Rhinoplasty #244

Our handsome 33 year old gentleman is seen 6 months after rhinoplasty surgery. You can see that he started with a broad nasal appearance, a dorsal hump, and a droopy nasal tip. It is also important to note that he had thick, oily nasal skin. In order to achieve nasal tip definition and projection, we had to use an extended shield tip graft. Although he is only halfway through the healing process, you can see a narrower and more pleasing and less distracting nasal appearance, without stigmata of previous surgery. We are grateful he allowed us to post his photos.

Rhinoplasty Before & After: Nasal Profile Correction

Rhinoplasty #243

Our 16 year old student is seen 13 months following rhinoplasty surgery. She was primarily bothered by her nasal profile appearance. Her nose stuck out too far, and she had a large hump and a "tension lip deformity." A tension-lip is when there is a large anterior nasal spine that can blunt the angle between the bottom of someone's nose and lip and cause an appearance of tension. You can see a natural looking, and unoperated nasal appearance over a year after surgery, and our beautiful patient and her family are thrilled.

Rhinoplasty Before & After: Sagging Tip Correction

Rhinoplasty #242

Our beautiful patient is seen one year after rhinoplasty surgery and lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery. When she first came to our office, she had both both functional and cosmetic issues with her nose. She had congenital external nasal valve weakness and collapse that was repaired with Lateral crural extension grafts, and a septoplasty. She did not like the droopiness of her nose or her overprojected nasal profile appearance. Additionally, she did not like the appearance of her congenital lower eyelid bags. Before the commencement of rhinoplasty surgery, her medial and middle fat pads were removed with a transconjunctival approach such that there are no external incisions. You can see a natural looking and improved appearance of her nose and lower eyelids, and she is breathing much better.
