Our patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of her chin, neck, and upper eyelids. You can see a youthful upper eyelid appearance, and a significantly improved neck and jawline. In her case, we used an Anatomical Medium implant which provides 9mm of chin projection without chin widening.

Our lovely patient had a chin implant and neck liposuction performed at the time of her rhinoplasty. She received an Extended Anatomical Medium implant which was combined with neck liposuction for an improved and youthful chin, neck, and jawline. Her nose is less distracting after surgery and her rhinoplasty added to her youthful appearance.

This is a terrific example of neck liposuction to achieve an improved jawline, and to improve the appearance of a double-chin. Surgery is performed with a 3mm single-hole, spatula-tip canula, and downtime is typically around one week.
