Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After: Addressing Stigmata from Previous Rhinoplasty Surgeries

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #62

This is a lovely example of permanent non-surgical nose job treatments as a substitute for the uncertainty, cost, downtime, and inconvenience associated with revision rhinoplasty surgery. Our patient had several rhinoplasty surgeries performed elsewhere, and the size of her nose was appropriate and in good harmony with the size of her face. Her previous surgeries left her with an over-rotated tip, nostril retraction, and a deep supratip indentation that gave the appearance of a dorsal hump.

She is seen before and after two treatments with microdroplet Silikon-1000, a permanent soft-tissue filler. We were able to achieve improvement of her nostril retraction, along with tip lowering and camouflaging of her small profile bump. We are both thrilled with her results, and our patient is relieved that she will not require further surgery, and that she is finally at peace with her nasal appearance.

Microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections have been safely used for permanent revision rhinoplasty procedures for over 60 years. Since the size of a Silikon-1000 molecule is smaller than a red blood cell, its use is never associated with necrosis, embolus, blindness, stroke, biofilm, or infection. Procedures are performed with topical anesthetic, and there is no downtime.

We are most grateful that she allowed us to post her before-and-after photos.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After: Correcting a Congenital Nasal Tip Indentation

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #61

Our handsome patient came to see us from out of state because of a congenital indentation involving his left nasal tip cartilage. He had noticed it for around 5 years and was looking for a permanent solution to improve his nasal tip symmetry without undergoing rhinoplasty surgery. In his after photo, you can see a more symmetrical and natural-looking nasal tip appearance without the indentation. Unlike temporary gel fillers, such as HA, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections are never associated with necrosis, embolus, blindness, stroke, infection, or biofilm.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After: 10 Years Post 3 Permanent Nonsurgical Nose Jobs

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #60

Our handsome patient is pictured before, and 10 YEARS following 3 permanent nonsurgical nose job treatments with microdroplet Silikon-1000. He had a personal history of a previous septoplasty and two previous rhinoplasty surgeries, and he was dissatisfied with the crooked appearance of his nose and the pinched appearance of his nasal tip. In the after photos, you can see a natural-looking and unoperated-looking nasal appearance without the downtime, expense, and uncertainties involved with further revision rhinoplasty. Microdroplet silicone oil for permanent non-surgical revision rhinoplasty procedures has a 60-year history of precision, permanence, and safety. Unlike temporary gel fillers like HA, Silikon-1000 is never associated with necrosis, embolism, stroke, blindness, infection, or biofilm formation. For this patient, and for many of our patients who have irregularities after previous rhinoplasty, permanent non-surgical nose job treatments have literally been a lifesaver.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After: Corrected Nostril Asymmetry and Sidewall Indentation

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #59

Our lovely patient traveled from afar to see us for our expertise with permanent non-surgical nose job treatments. She had a rhinoplasty one year ago in her country, and she was dissatisfied with the asymmetry of her nostrils on front view, along with the appearance of an indentation along her left nasal sidewall. The after photo is following a single treatment with Silikon-1000 to both nostril margins, her infratip lobule, and her left nasal sidewall. You can see a natural-looking, more symmetrical, and pleasing alar base after her treatment. Also see an improvement in the appearance of the indentation along her left nasal sidewall.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After: Improved Nostril Asymmetry After Previous Rhinoplasty

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty #58

Our beautiful patient is shown after a single permanent non-surgical nose job treatment to improve nostril asymmetry following a previous rhinoplasty. Her original surgery was done many years ago by another provider. She was generally happy with the overall appearance of her nose, but she was bothered by the fact that her left nostril margin appeared higher than the right.

With just one treatment using microdroplet Silikon-1000 to the left nostril margin, we achieved a natural-looking and permanent result. The procedure is performed using topical anesthetic and involves no downtime.

We are truly grateful that she allowed us to share her photographs. In similar cases, over 90 percent of rhinoplasty specialists would typically recommend revision rhinoplasty with alar rim grafting as the only option. Her results show significant improvement without the inconvenience, cost, and uncertainty that can come with revision surgery.

In cases like this, we believe microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections are a safer and more predictable alternative to revision rhinoplasty. We also do not recommend using temporary gel fillers in the nose after previous rhinoplasty. Although rare, they have been associated with complications such as necrosis, embolism, blindness, stroke, infection, or biofilm formation.

Silikon-1000 has a molecular size smaller than a red blood cell. In our 26 years of experience, and in more than 60 years of medical use, we have not seen these complications occur. This makes it a reliable and permanent solution for non-surgical nasal refinement.
