Our handsome teenager is seen before and 12 months following functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. He had difficulty breathing due to a deviated nasal septum, and there was also narrowing of his left internal nasal valve. His biggest cosmetic concern was his nasal profile appearance. You can see that he has an over projected nasal profile appearance and a prominent dorsal hump. You can also see that he has an obtuse nose-lip angle. At his anniversary after surgery, you can see a less projected, less distracting, and natural looking nasal appearance. We are also happy that his nasal breathing is improved, and that he has agreed to allow us to share his photographs.
