This is a lovely example demonstrating that combining chin implant surgery with rhinoplasty may be helpful for achieving a balanced and pleasing facial profile. Her rhinoplasty consisted of nasal narrowing and hump removal. We used a medium extended chin implant. Her after photos are one year following her procedure.

Her photos were taken four years after her rhinoplasty surgery. She was mostly bothered by the wide appearance of her bridge and tip, and a tiny profile bump. It is a treat seeing our long term follow up patients happy and looking gorgeous!
