You can see a natural looking, and less distracting nasal appearance in our beautiful patient with thin nasal skin, and both functional and cosmetic issues. She had repair of internal nasal valvular collapse on both sides - this is seen as narrowing of her mid-bridge on the frontal preoperative photo. We also corrected her deviated nasal septum.
