Rhinoplasty #131
These after photos were taken two and a half years after our beautiful patient’s rhinoplasty surgery. You can see a narrower, more feminine, and natural nasal appearance - without the bump or bulbous, droopy nasal tip.

Our lovely teenager had extreme dissatisfaction with her nasal appearance after sustaining nasal trauma at the age of six. Before her operation, you can see a long nasal appearance with a large hump and a wide droopy tip. More than one year after surgery, you can see a smaller, more feminine and natural-looking nose without evidence that surgery was performed.
Our 21-year-old patient is photographed here one year after rhinoplasty surgery; she had “hated” her nose since the age of 12. She felt her nose was too large, and particularly disliked her nasal profile. Now you can see a smaller, more natural-looking nose which has led to improved confidence.
Our 24-year-old patient had dissatisfaction with her nasal appearance since Middle School. Her dissatisfaction was graded 8.5/10, where 0 would be no dissatisfaction, and 10 the worst. She specifically wanted to correct the long, crooked appearance and the profile hump. Her after photos were taken 1 year postoperative. She made a YouTube video outlining her rhinoplasty experience, please find it embedded above.
Our 21-year-old college student had a “carpenter nail” pierce her nasal tip at age 4. This led to a tip indentation and a crooked nasal appearance from a severely deviated nasal septum. At four and six months postoperative, you can see the repair of her nasal tip, along with a more narrow and small nasal appearance.
