Our beautiful 19 year old patient is seen three months after a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She had hump removal with tip narrowing and tip rotation. Her inner nasal valves were reconstructed with spreader grafts and she had turbinate reduction for better breathing. She has residual swelling in her tip which will resolve over the next nine months.

Our 19 year old patient had both functional and cosmetic concerns with her nose. She had difficulty breathing from a deviated septum, previous nasal trauma, and narrow internal nasal valves. She also didn't like the appearance of her large profile hump and droopy nasal tip. Her after photos were posted only three months after surgery. She has residual swelling which is expected, and she is breathing much better now. Her surgery consisted of septoplasty, spreader grafts, hump removal, and nasal tip-plasty for a less distracting nasal appearance.
