Our 22 year old young lady is seen 1 year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery (six-month post-op photos- Rhinoplasty #127). She had her deviated nasal septum straightened, along with nasal narrowing, tip rotation, and hump removal. You can see an indentation in her tip on the front view that was also repaired.
Our 21 year young lady is seen one year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery (find six month post-op photos under Rhinoplasty #138) She desired a smaller, more feminine, and less distracting nasal appearance. She also had correction of her deviated nasal septum, and spreader grafts placed on both sides to open her nasal valves.
Our patient had functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery six months ago. Her airway was improved with septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and spreader grafting. Her cosmetic improvements may be seen as tip deprojection and narrowing, along with hump removal.
These photos were taken one year after functional and cosmetic nasal surgery. She had her deviated nasal septum corrected and her nasal turbinates reduced for better breathing. Hump reduction, along with tip lift and tip narrowing was also performed. Her tip definition was enhanced with an extended shield tip graft.
