Our 31 year old patient is seen one year following functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. Her airway was repaired with septoplasty and spreader grafts, and you can see a smaller, and less distracting nasal appearance. Our 21 Year old patient is seen only four months following functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She was repaired with spreader grafts, a columellar strut graft, hump removal, and tip-plasty for a less distracting and better breathing nose.
Our patient is seen 1 year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. The goals were to achieve nasal straightening with hump removal, tip lift, and airway improvement.
