Rhinoplasty Before & After: Wide Nasal Appearance Correction
Rhinoplasty #270
Our beautiful 28-year-old patient is seen six and a half months following rhinoplasty surgery at our practice. She was dissatisfied with the wide appearance of her nose, which was associated with a droopy tip and a dorsal hump. As seen here, we achieved a natural-looking nasal appearance through tip rotation, tip narrowing, nostril narrowing, nasal narrowing, and hump removal, resulting in a less distracting and more feminine profile. Her alarplasty scars are well-concealed and limited to the base of her nose.
Rhinoplasty Before & After: Corrected Overprojected Nasal Profile, Dorsal Hump, and Bulbous, Droopy Tip
Rhinoplasty #269
This beautiful patient presented to our office with severe dissatisfaction with her nasal appearance. She was unhappy with her overprojected nasal profile, dorsal hump, and bulbous, droopy tip. Her after photos were taken 6 months following her rhinoplasty surgery. The goals of rhinoplasty surgery are to help a person's nose blend in naturally, not to turn it into the centerpiece of the face. We can now see a more feminine and less distracting nasal appearance, without any stigmata of previous nasal surgery. We are extremely grateful that she has allowed us to share her photos.
Rhinoplasty Before & After: Created a Smaller and More Feminine Nasal Appearance
Rhinoplasty #268
A beautiful teenager is seen before and 10 months following functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She is satisfied with the appearance of her nasal profile and previously felt that her nose was wide and distracting from the front view. The goals of the surgery were to create a smaller, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance. This was combined with correction of the deviated nasal septum and turbinate reduction to maximize her nasal airway. The result is a completely natural and unoperated appearance, and we are thrilled that our patient has allowed us to post her photographs.
Rhinoplasty Before & After: Corrected a Dorsal Hump, a Wide Droopy Tip, and Flaring Nostrils
Rhinoplasty #266
Our 35 year old gentleman is seen one year after rhinoplasty surgery. He was self-conscious about the appearance of his dorsal hump, wide droopy tip, and flaring nostrils. His hump was removed, his tip was rotated, and his nose was narrowed. We used a cartilage extended shield graft to increase projection of the nasal tip, and to add definition and stability. You can see a lovely and natural looking nasal appearance which is less distracting. We are beyond grateful that our patient has allowed us to use his photos.
Rhinoplasty Before & After: Addressed Functional and Cosmetic Concerns
Rhinoplasty #265
Our beautiful 19 year old patient is seen 15 months following functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She presented to our office with a nasusceptal fracture, a crooked nasal appearance, bilateral nasal obstruction, along with concerns about her dorsal hump and droopy nasal tip appearance. From a cosmetic standpoint, her profile was deprojected, and on front view, you can see a straight nasal appearance, and there is no further droopiness of her tip. From a functional standpoint, her severely deviated and fractured nasal septum was repaired, and she also required bilateral spreader grafts to repair her internal nasal valves. You can see a straighter, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance. And we are all thrilled that she is allowing us to post her results.
