Our beautiful patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of her bulbous, droopy nasal tip, and large distracting dorsal hump. You can see a more pleasing, natural, and feminine nasal appearance in her after photos, 1 year following her surgery.
Our beautiful high school student and basketball enthusiast requested rhinoplasty because she couldn’t stand the appearance of her profile hump. She had the full support of her parents and family. When she smiles, the room lights up. When she first looked at her nose in the mirror after dressing removal she exclaimed, “It’s gone!”

Her operation consisted of hump removal, tip de-projection, narrowing, and lifting to achieve a more balanced and less distracting nasal appearance.
