Our 19 year old patient had both functional and cosmetic concerns with her nose. She had difficulty breathing from a deviated septum, previous nasal trauma, and narrow internal nasal valves. She also didn't like the appearance of her large profile hump and droopy nasal tip. Her after photos were posted only three months after surgery. She has residual swelling which is expected, and she is breathing much better now. Her surgery consisted of septoplasty, spreader grafts, hump removal, and nasal tip-plasty for a less distracting nasal appearance.

Our beautiful 21 year old patient's photos are posted one year after rhinoplasty surgery. She was unhappy with her large nasal hump, and wide appearance of her tip and nostrils. Surgery consisted of nasal narrowing and nasal tip-plasty with an extended shield graft. You can also see hump removal for a less distracting, and more feminine nasal profile.

Our beautiful 25-year-old patient is shown one year after surgery. Prior to surgery, she felt that the bridge and tip of her nose stuck out too far on profile view; she has been self-conscious about this since middle school. In surgery, we narrowed the nose and placed spreader grafts on both sides for cosmetic and functional purposes. We also rotated and deprojected the tip and removed the hump. Our twenty two year old woman is photographed fourteen months following rhinoplasty surgery. Her surgery consisted of hump reduction, tip narrowing, and bridge straightening. Spreader grafts were used on both sides to open her internal nasal valves, and to provide straight nasal bridge lines on front view.
