Our beautiful 18 year old patient is seen only 6 weeks after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. Our goals were to provide a straighter and narrower nasal appearance with hump removal and tip lift. Her nose was repaired with spreader grafts, a columellar strut graft, and an extended shield tip-graft.
These are updated photos one year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery in our beautiful twenty year old patient. You can see natural looking hump removal and tip-lift, and she also had septoplasty and placement of spreader grafts to enlarge her internal nasal valves.
Our beautiful 24 year old patient is seen only 17 days after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. Surgery was performed to achieve a smaller, narrower, and less distracting nasal appearance, with improved breathing.
