These photos were taken 1 year following rhinoplasty surgery in our beautiful 30 year old patient. She had a functional and cosmetic procedure performed which included septoplasty, turbinate reduction, nasal shortening, tip rotation, hump removal, and nasal narrowing. You can see an un-operated and less distracting nasal appearance - and she breathes much better!

Our beautiful teenager is seen 1 year after rhinoplasty surgery. She was bothered by the width of her nose, along with her droopy nasal tip, and "pollybeak". Nasal narrowing was achieved with osteotomies and alarplasty. Her profile was reduced and her tip was projected with an extended shield graft.

Our beautiful teenager is seen 8 months following rhinoplasty surgery. She was bothered by a wide nasal appearance, a dorsal hump and a droopy tip. She was repaired with a tip plasty, an extended shield graft for tip projection, a columellar shoring strut for additional tip support, and nostril narrowing. People with thicker skin types may take a year or longer to see their final result.
