Our 21 year young lady is seen one year after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery (find six month post-op photos under Rhinoplasty #138) She desired a smaller, more feminine, and less distracting nasal appearance. She also had correction of her deviated nasal septum, and spreader grafts placed on both sides to open her nasal valves.
Our patient had functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery six months ago. Her airway was improved with septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and spreader grafting. Her cosmetic improvements may be seen as tip deprojection and narrowing, along with hump removal.
These photos were taken one year after functional and cosmetic nasal surgery. She had her deviated nasal septum corrected and her nasal turbinates reduced for better breathing. Hump reduction, along with tip lift and tip narrowing was also performed. Her tip definition was enhanced with an extended shield tip graft.
Our 24 year old beautiful patient is seen 17 months following her rhinoplasty procedure. You can see a straighter, smaller, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance. Her natural looking tip-plasty was achieved with an extended shield graft.
Our beautiful 19 year old patient is seen three months after a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery. She had hump removal with tip narrowing and tip rotation. Her inner nasal valves were reconstructed with spreader grafts and she had turbinate reduction for better breathing. She has residual swelling in her tip which will resolve over the next nine months.
